The leadership of the United GaDangme Caucus has scheduled Tuesday 18th June, 2024 at 8am from the front Labadi Beach Hotel to the Jubilee House to present its petition to the president of the republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
This firm decision being approved by the caucus is to rally all its members and admirers to defend and protect the future of our heritage and pride as warriors who are never defeated.
The caucus said if nothing is done now to halt the unpleasant intentions of the government aiming to sell some prestigious hotels on GaDangme land to government appointees and political friends of the npp to the detriment of the country and in particular the GaDangme people, future generations will blame the fathers for letting loose their fighting spirit.
The caucus admonished not to stand aloof on how eager the government is selling, stealing and spoiling GaDangme lands, especially the manifestation of the bad intentions of this government in the trade fair and la general hospital.”If not so why are they selling the hotels without cognisance to the compensation of the owners”?
“The government’s insatiable desire and practice of grabbing GaDangme lands is the forte of Nana Addo/Bawumia and the npp party.Their heartless disregard for the GaDangme people of the Greater Accra Region can be described in biblical terms as an act of pharoah”, the caucus concluded.
