Chief Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kudom II has spit *fire* on Mensin Gold Bibiani Ltd and Asante Gold Corporation that they can’t take their leniency to be their weakness. He has stated that the Mensin Gold Bibiani Ltd and Asante Gold Corporation do not appreciate the fact that the Bibiani Community is living in peace with them.
According to him the advances of the mining company is getting out of hand as they do not respect customs and tradition and even the laws of the country.
He added that, they have warned the mining company about a road Diversion exercise going on from Bibiani-Goaso major road to be Halt but they seem unconcerned and he has finally warned them that if they are in for battle they should get ready to fight physically and spiritually because they are not ready to sell the community for anything.
The chief made rituals in the morning yesterday as a sign of warning by Nananom and again placed a placard on the area of the road diversion with the words that “who so ever attempts to pull one down should be used as cow and lamb for the gods” to deepen the warning.
