Among the documents tabled before lawmakers was the Annual Report on the Management of the Energy Sector Levies and Accounts for the 2025 fiscal year, which provides a detailed breakdown of how proceeds generated from energy sector levies were administered and applied within the national economy.

The Finance Minister also laid before Parliament the Reconciliation Report on the Petroleum Holding Fund for the 2025 financial year, presenting a thorough assessment of petroleum related earnings, allocations, transfers, and remaining balances in accordance with the provisions of Ghana’s petroleum revenue laws.

In addition, Dr. Forson submitted the Annual Public Debt Management Report for the 2025 financial year, outlining developments within Ghana’s debt structure, government borrowing activities, financing arrangements, and measures adopted to maintain debt sustainability amid prevailing economic pressures.

Parliament further received the Annual Report on Public Private Partnership Projects for the 2025 financial year, highlighting the progress, implementation status, and sectoral distribution of partnership initiatives undertaken between the state and private investors across the country.

The presentation of the statutory reports reflects the administration’s determination to deepen fiscal discipline, strengthen public financial administration systems, and enhance parliamentary supervision over strategic national accounts, expenditure frameworks, and development programmes.
