We also commend the delegates of the Democrat Union of Africa (DUA) for eschewing patriarchy in favour of visionary and progressive leadership. We are confident in your resolve to create a new era of solidarity among African centre-right parties and mutually beneficial partnerships with our allies.
Madam Chairperson, we are in no doubt of your capacity to deliver owing to the major successes you chalked in your brief but impactful tenure of office as President of the Young Democrat Union of Africa. We are confident you will remain an excellent ambassador of Africa, the Democrat Union of Africa and the New Patriotic Party in your new role.
We urge all member political parties to rally behind you to support your vision to implement sweeping changes in DUA to make it a force to be reckoned with in Africa and globally.
