COCOBOD REACTS

Meanwhile, COCOBOD says that it has taken note of a widely circulated memo emanating from the Information Systems Department of the Board. It described the memo as a proposal requesting management to approve the procurements of iPad keypads for members of the Board.

The statement said that the request is based on the adoption of an app called ‘CONVENE’. The App is supposed to assist with the use of paper and stationary at Board meetings while promoting productivity and collaboration of members.
