We are in interesting times indeed. Iddrisu Musah Superior was one of the people who conspired with others and with a frivolous petition led to the suspension of the party’s Chairman and the General Secretary and the 1st Vice Chairman.
The General Secretary who supervised party parliamentary primaries and did not allow selfish individuals to bulldoze their way through, thereby injecting discipline into every facet of the party was handed out of office.
The suspension of the three national officers of the party who were duly elected at the party’s national delegate’s congress, of course, the highest decision-making body were sacrificed and in their place officers who would supervise the most chaotic party activities were ushered into office.
This suspension brought in its wake the current weak structures of the party. When the party heavy weights at the top were pushing for their Mafia group at the national level, their collaborators at the regional, constituency, electoral area and polling station levels had backing from the top and used their Mafia tactics to satisfy their parochial interest.
So Iddrisu Musah Superior, if the NPP is a very sick party, that is how the sickness started and you, Musah Superior, cannot exonerate yourself from the so-called mess and incompetence you have attributed to the current General Secretary.
You hatched the sinister plot against *Kwabena Agyei Agyapong* and co, who supervised the 2016 primaries which secured the party an overwhelming majority in Parliament as against the wanton disqualification of parliamentary hopefuls and the subsequent annihilation the party suffered at the 2020 polls.
Yes, the party is sick; if those who caused the sickness have now started to realize the great damage that they, by their Patapaa attitudes have weakened the party structures to, of course, they have to be honest and confess instead of the approach by Iddrisu Musah Superior to put the blame squarely on the officers their machinations brought to office.
The party is sick, yes “na who cosom”?
