“It is not meant to collapse existing businesses, as NDC propagandists seek to suggest,” Hon. Annoh Dompreh has stated.

In a video circulating on social media, believed to have captured events at the re-commissioning of the revamped Astek (Nano Foods), after the infusion of capital by the 1D1F Secretariat, the Nsawam Adoagyiri MP said the support was to bolster that which is already existing, that is the good work that is being done by Blue Skies.

“We are not in any way coming to collapse Blue Skies. We are rather to complement and support what Blue Skies is doing. Those who are saying that what we are doing would affect Astek, and is causing the company to under-perform, are not right. It is the vision of the President to industrialize Ghana and ensure that the manufacturing sector of Ghana is raised to a different level, and to create employment. That is what is being manifested here. We have no evil intentions in what we are doing. It is not true that we are here to collapse Blue Skies, that is not the case. Rather, we are here to bring fresh energy into Blue Skies. The propagandists should be ashamed!”  he said.
