The Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai constituency, Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng has provided four-seater toilet facilities for the four institutions at Bibiani.Â
The institutions are the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), the Audit Service and the National Service Secretariat.Â
Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng visited these institutions in Bibiani during his ‘thank you’ tour and assured them of the facilities after the Head of NCCE appealed to him that their place for convenience was very bad and unbefitting their status.Â
In less than 6 months the Hon. Member of Parliament for BABC has provided them with Modern Toilet Facilities, Polytank with Biodigester Unit hence no manhole to destroy the land and pollute the underground water table.Â

The cost of the project is Ghs 61,850 and was funded by Hon. Alfred Obeng-Boateng from his own personal resources (i.e. from his own pocket).
