We’re arriving at the business end of the 2022/23 Carabao Cup with four quarter-final ties upcoming.


Seven of the eight remaining teams are currently playing their trade in the top-flight, with League One outfit Charlton Athletic the lone underdog after they knocked out Brighton & Hove Albion in the fourth round on penalties.

The Addicks will make the trip to Old Trafford for their quarter-final clash, while the other three ties are all Premier League affairs. Both Manchester clubs remain in the competition alongside Newcastle, Leicester, Southampton, Wolves, and Nottingham Forest.

The draw for the semi-finals will be made in the aftermath of the final quarter-final tie, and here’s how you can watch the last Carabao Cup draw of the 2022/23 season.

The draw for the Carabao Cup semi-finals will be made on Sky Sports after Southampton’s televised quarter-final tie against Manchester City on Wednesday night.

Thus, you can watch the semi-final draw on either Sky Sports Main Event or Sky Sports Football at approximately 22:15 (BST).

No teams have qualified for the last four with the quarter-final ties being played over the coming days. The winners of each of these fixtures will advance into the semi-finals:

The Carabao Cup semi-finals will be played over two legs at the end of January and start of February.

The first legs will be played on the week commencing 23 January, while the second legs are scheduled for the week commencing 30 January.

The Carabao Cup final will be played at Wembley Stadium, London.
