IIGD Honors Hon. Simons Sekyim
The Municipal Chief Executive for the Ga North Municipal Assembly, Hon. Simons Sekyim has been recognized by the International Institute for Governance and Development (IIGD) for his exceptional leadership and innovation.
Presenting the award on Thursday, 16th June 2020, the IIGD was of high praise for the impact Hon Simons Sekyim has made on his community, through his sterling leadership and commitment to serve his people.
The Hon. MCE is one of the four Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) to be recognized for their contributions.
Dubbed IIGD Global 3000, Hon Simons Sekyim was humbled by the recognition. He expressed his profound gratitude for such an honor dishonor and stated that this is only a reminder for him to do more for his people, and work hard to lead the expected change in the lives of the people and the community.
