Mr Thomas Owusu Ansah, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South-East, has donated football kits to Pokukrom-base Justice Sporting Club.
The items which includes three sets of football jerseys, footballs, training kits, cash, whistles among others were aimed to motivate the Division Two Club to excel in the upcoming middle league on Saturday and Sunday to be held in Techiman.
Justice Sporting Club formerly Dormaa Vision FC conquered the likes of Tepa Asomdwie FC, Tepa Global FC, and Brosankro Mighty Stars in the last Division Two League Competition in the Tano Zone ‘B’.
Presenting the football kits to the Club in Adugyama on Tuesday June 21, 2022, the DCE urged the management, technical team and players to work hard to bring glory to the district.
” I am giving you all these items plus cash just to motivate you so that you can make us proud in middle league competition”, the DCE stated.
The owner of Justice Sporting Club, Walaki Safiu was overwhelmed by the gesture and promised to make the DCE proud.
“We least expected this gesture from our DCE, so on behalf of the Club and my own behalf, I wish to thank him very much and pledge our commitment to qualifying in the upcoming middle league so that he can continue to support us in Division One, God willing” he said.
